Cenda Coy Designer, Lauryn Duncan, is a Carolinian native who ran off on a whim to New York City! There, she studied Bridal Design with an art History Minor at The Fashion Institute of Technology. Interning with greats such as

Hayley Paige Bridal & JLM, Lauryn has been involved in the bridal industry for numerous years! In May 2017, Lauryn became the winner of the International Bridal Manufactures Association award. She is currently working on a bridal collection, Cenda Coy 'The Heritage Collection', to debut in 2018.

The namesake of the company, Cenda Coy, is in honor of her grandmother who taught Lauryn to sew. Linda's father's name was Coy and his mother's name was Lucenda; hence Cenda Coy!
